The dosing of liquids is highly precise by integrating volumetric pumps into a gravimetric loss-in-weight device. Depending on the specific properties of the liquid or paste and the required dosing performance, the pump is adapted. Small amounts with higher accuracy are realized, for example, with very precise hose pumps, for example, gear pumps are used for higher performances.
We supply liquid dosing units including the necessary dosing containers, pump skid and piping. Special solutions for dosing with simultaneous temperature control or solutions for the dosage of liquids under pressure are possible.
