Granules and Bulk Materials can generally be processed very well with Vibratory Feeders. The range of performance of individual dosing devices ranges from 50 g/h to 10 to/h, depending on the application. The number of components is virtually unlimited.
Additional aids may be needed in the dosing hopper. Special hopper geometries or flex hoppers made of different materials are used in heavy flowing media (inclination to build bridges). Other optional aids include stirrers, Fluidian floors and vibrators.
As part of the project planning, we also take care of the interpretation of the support, e.g. via vacuum separators.
Our customers use our systems for the production of precise formulations directly above the extruder.
Sample applications: Production of filaments, plastic films, dosing of master batch or adhesive production.
