When dosing liquids, the requirements vary greatly depending on the specific product properties. When designing our liquid feeders, we work closely with the product and always find the right solution. We can use a large number of pumps with different characteristics. The pumps are usually assembled together with the necessary piping, redundant filter paths and weighed dosing tank in a rack. The control of the liquid metering takes place via a gravimetric control continuously or in batch mode.
The dosing capacity can reach capacities of a few milliliters up to 40,000 liters per hour. Technically we use gear, membrane or hosepum. Depending on requirements, the product-wetted components can be manufactured according to FDA. Complete systems can be manufactured in ATEX. Optionally there is the possibility of heating to maintain the process temperature.
