The requirements for powder dispensers can be complex. We have developed suitable solutions for different requirements. For uncomplicated powders, which are non-hygroscopic and flow well, we use vibratory conveyors. For difficult-flowing materials, we use dosing units with screw discharge, single-screw and twin-screw units are used.
It may be necessary additional dispensing aids in the dosing. Special vessel geometries or flex vessels made of different materials are used for media that are difficult to flow (tendency to bridge formation). Further optional discharge aids are agitators, fluidising trays and vibrators. The performance range of our solutions for powder dosing ranges from 100 g / h up to 50 to / h; further scaling is practically unlimited due to the combination of devices. Within the scope of project planning We also take care of the design of the refill eg via vacuum separator.Example applications: washing powder, dosing of color pigments.
